Our hotel tariff is INCLUSIVE of Government taxes (VAT).

SHORT TERM LETS are available within the hotel with a minimum stay of two months. Our private en-suite rooms are serviced twice a week and laundered weekly. With the added benefit of free wi-fi, all bills, smart T.V. fridge, microwave, in-house self service laundry facilities and P/T concierge available.                                                                                                                                                                                             

Single En-suite room £1400 - £1700 per month                                        

Double / Twin room En-suite room £1700 - £2000 per month

An additional supplement is payable for Breakfast

Tennis Championships
During the Wimbledon Tennis Championships July, supplementary charges will be applied.

All bookings for Wimbledon fortnight must be secured with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price.

Booking
Reservations can be made by letter, telephone, or e-mail, provided they are confirmed with a current valid debit or credit card.

The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the card in advance.

Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 24 hours of the request.

Advanced group bookings for 4 rooms or more must be secured with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price.

Special conditions will be applied to long term bookings, bookings of 6 or more nights require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the whole booking.

Discounts
Special weekend discounted rates are offered subject to availability, please contact us for further information.

Cancellation policy
Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to noon on the day of arrival. Bookings cancelled after this time will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the first night's stay.

We do not accept Cash, Americam Express or Diners Club.

We accept most major credit cards and debit cards.
